i think i am becoming an exercise nut
so please, send suggestions on stuff i can do without a gym! right now I am doing:
1x weekly tumbling/tramp class
2x weekly rowing machine-20-60 minutes
5x weekly assorted weights, stretching, pushups, crunches, etc
I really need more core and upper body strength so I can kick ass at T&T, and next winter when I take gymnastics along with T&T. It feels good to use my body this way, and I think its probably partly my response to stress. Also, flipping is just terrificly fun and I want to be in better shape to really enjoy it!
so suggestions welcome. also welcome: suggestions for healthy veggie snacks/lunches.
