today’s mini workout

On the quad, under the trees, on the grass:
30 lunges each leg
50 calf raises
40 v ups
40 crunches
40 x ups
sit in splits–R and L leg 60 seconds, middle 30
attempted and aborted bridge–no purchase in the mud!
10 regular knee pushups
10 diamond knee pushups
10 clap knee pushups
butterfly hold
and in geography, 100 sortakinda bicep curls each arm w/ water bottle, about 2lbs
tomorrow: cardio!
